We will continue to offer Bulk Billing appointments to existing patients with a current Pension Card/DVA Card or are over 65 years old.
Also, if you have a Current Health Care Card you will still need to pay for your consultation at a discounted cost. Health Care Card holders out of pocket is $15.00.
All patients whom do not have a Pension Card/DVA card or over 65 years old will be charged the full appointment fee with a Medicare Rebate. The out of pocket is $25.00.

DNA Fee Policy
The Doctors Werribee now has a DNA Policy in place whereby patients who fail to attend appointments will incur a fee of $25.00.
A minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required for all appointments. However, we do understand emergency can arise.
The Doctors Werribee uses SMS reminders as a convenient way to remind you the day before of your appointment details. This service is a courtesy only and not receiving your SMS reminder is not a valid reason to miss your appointment.
It is your responsibility to be aware of your appointment details, and to arrive on time or reschedule with sufficient notice.
The Doctors Werribee reserves the right to request these fees are paid in full before another appointment can be made. You may also be limited in the ways you can book in the future for repeat, serious offenders.
