From the 1st of October 2025, The Doctors Werribee will be a bulk billing clinic for all patients with a valid Medicare card.
This means there will be no out-of-pocket cost for standard consultations when you present your Medicare card.
Please note: Some procedures and services are not covered under Medicare and may incur a private fee. Our reception team will inform you of any additional costs before your appointment.

DNA Fee Policy
The Doctors Werribee now has a DNA Policy in place whereby patients who fail to attend appointments will incur a fee of $25.00.
A minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required for all appointments. However, we do understand emergency can arise.
The Doctors Werribee uses SMS reminders as a convenient way to remind you the day before of your appointment details. This service is a courtesy only and not receiving your SMS reminder is not a valid reason to miss your appointment.
It is your responsibility to be aware of your appointment details, and to arrive on time or reschedule with sufficient notice.
The Doctors Werribee reserves the right to request these fees are paid in full before another appointment can be made. You may also be limited in the ways you can book in the future for repeat, serious offenders.
